The MACCS Advisory Classes that turn in the highest percentage of Lunch Applications HERE, or the first to turn in 100%, will WIN a PIZZA PARTY. We will have separate parties, one for High School and one more Middle School.

COMPLETED APPLICATIONS MUST BE TURNED INTO THE STUDENT’S ADVISORY TEACHER BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 31, 2018.

Completed forms help our school to obtain accurate demographic data that may help us with grants and other funding sources.
