Due to successful growth, MACCS is currently seeking a full-time Educational Assistant. The responsibilities of the EA at MACCS include coordination of the Breakfast & Lunch program, working one-on-one with students having high academic needs, and coverage of classes for sporadic teacher absences. Flexibility, clear communication skills, and willingness to learn are a must.
We also have a brand new opening for a Math Instructor, beginning January 6, 2014. The candidate must be highly qualified to teach a palette of math classes, including Geometry, Algebra, Trig & Calculus, and be enthusiastically able to share knowledge and collaboration with peers to create cross-curricular thematic units. A candidate with multiple endorsements, including Science, would be preferred but is not necessary.
